AXIS Services

Operational services for scientific assets.

AXIS services prepare scientific objects for identity, evidence, integrity and public validation. Every service begins with scope review before any issuance, quotation or operational commitment.

Service principle

No record without boundary.

AXIS does not sell publication, peer review, scientific merit or automatic DOI issuance. The service model is built around preparation, verification boundaries, evidence packaging and public validation records.

First step Scope review determines whether the object is eligible for AXIS preparation.
Second step Evidence readiness defines required metadata, files, rights statements and validation limits.
Third step Only approved objects proceed to Passport preparation, integrity workflow or institutional pilot.
01

Core

Passport Core

Preparation of a public identity and evidence record for a scientific asset, including canonical page, metadata snapshot, PDF Passport, JSON and QR validation.

  • Scientific object identity
  • Version and authorship metadata
  • Public validation page
  • PDF Passport and JSON snapshot
02

Integrity

Passport Integrity

Verification-oriented preparation for scientific files, checksums, provenance events, evidence packages and integrity declarations.

  • SHA-256 file integrity record
  • Evidence package preparation
  • Provenance event documentation
  • Integrity boundary for public validation
03

Institutional

Institutional Pilot

Controlled pilot for journals, research groups or institutions that need to structure multiple assets under a registry workflow.

  • Institutional object structure
  • Multiple asset preparation
  • Governance and metadata alignment
  • Operational reporting for internal use
04

Technical

Custom Integration

Technical support for connecting AXIS workflows with journal operations, metadata pipelines, OJS infrastructure, DOI-ready preparation and future interoperability layers.

  • OJS and metadata workflow support
  • DOI-ready record preparation
  • Registry and archive architecture
  • Custom operational documentation

Service pathway

From request to record.

01 Scope review The asset is assessed for eligibility, rights declaration and evidence boundary.
02 Evidence preparation Metadata, files, checksums, contributors and institutional context are organized.
03 Operational decision AXIS determines whether the object can proceed to Passport or integrity workflow.
04 Public validation Approved records receive canonical validation paths and documented boundaries.

Verification boundary

What services do not imply.

No scientific merit certification AXIS does not certify that a claim is true, important, novel or clinically valid.
No editorial influence AXIS services do not affect journal editorial decisions, review outcomes or publication priority.
No automatic DOI promise DOI preparation depends on eligibility, metadata readiness and registration pathway.
No ownership transfer AXIS records declared metadata and evidence; it does not adjudicate intellectual property.
